The location of the hotel was prime - within a close distance from a sand beach. And the area was domestic, close enough to Harbour, Seashells to everyone and the beach and bars.

Had a warm stay for the four nights, everything was perfect. Booked a room with fabulous views of the Ocean. The bed was very comfy and the food was outstanding. The staff was very friendly, the bathroom was clean. The hotel was in a great and lovely location so close to the two best beaches in Newquay, the city center and the harbour which is a lovely place to spend the evening.

Fairly clean place with kind staff and fantastic view of the sea and Newquay Harbour. Perfect location between the two best beaches in Newquay, in the domestic area. For tea or coffee visit Pavilion Bakery nearby. Such a special stay for the four nights over a long weekend.

Loved the place, had a VERY PLEASANT stay for the four nights over a long weekend. The location was peaceful, for example, Cribbar Reef was just a short stroll away from the hotel. Furthermore, the area was domestic. I found everything perfect, would recomand it to everyone.

The hotel itself is awesome and has amazing amenities and views. We got twin room and truly enjoyed it. The owner was helpful. Being close to Bush Pepper was nice, we had dinner there. The stay was absolutely memorable.
